Basic Lawn – 6 Pre-Emergent and Post Emergent weed control services and carefully times fertilizer applications
Pro Lawn – Basic Lawn + Lime
Elite Lawn – Pro Lawn + Grub Control
Aeration – Core Aeration to relieve soil compaction allowing air, water, and nutrients into the soil
Over-Seeding – After aeration, provide seed to freshly aerated turf to promote new turf
Grub Control – prevention and remediation for grubs/mole crickets/sod webworms.
Lime – To raise the soil pH to keep the correct pH range for grasses to thrive
Fungicide application – 2-4 applications per year based on the severity of the issue
Bed Weed Control – Weed control in flower and mulch beds (2 applications/year)
Lawn Renovation – Only suggested for lawns that have less than 25% intended turf type
Complete Lawn Care – Elite Lawn + Aeration + Over-seeding + Fungicide + Bed Weed Control
